Made-to-Order Products

All BUILT products are made to order once your purchase has been placed. Please check sizing, colours and product details carefully before ordering

Returns

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, because our products are custom-made to order, Returns may not be accepted where production has already begun unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: builtappareluk@gmail.com

Please include

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.  If an item is faulty or incorrect, Please contact us and we will assist you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is received was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
